Sandy Smith is a highly experienced and dedicated Insurance Pro with over 4 decades in the Insurance Industry. Her career began with Farmers in 1986 where she built a strong foundation in customer service, risk management, and comprehensive coverage solutions. She earned her property and Casualty license in 1999, followed by her life and health license in 2002 which enabled her to achieve a more legal and knowledgeable approach to taking care of her clients. In 2021 Sandy expanded her Professional services by becoming a Notary Public which further enhanced the convenience and value she now offers clients at Vickers Insurance. 

Margaret Patino is a highly experienced, fully licensed Insurance Professional. She has over two decades in the industry. She began her career in 2001, earned her Property and Casualty (P&C) License in 2003, followed by her Life and Health license in 2007, building a strong foundation of knowledge and a well-rounded expertise across multiple lines of coverage.  In 2009 Margaret joined Vickers Insurance where she continues to provide a client-focused service. Her broad knowledge and commitment provide customers confidence, value and solutions. In addition, Margaret became a commissioned Notary Public in 2018, further expanding the services she offers to better support client’s needs.

Elvia Ramirez is an experienced and committed, bilingual Insurance Pro with over a decade of experience in the industry. She began her career in May 2009 in customer service, risk management and coverage solutions for multiple lines of business. She earned her Property and Casualty license in 2015 providing even more knowledge to customers. In 2017 Elvia joined Vickers Insurance continuing her commitment to helping individuals and families protect what matters most and obtain the best value for their money.

Keyna Spooner is a licensed Insurance Professional with most of her experience in helping business owners insure their assets. She began her career in 2007 specializing in Commercial Insurance. She has developed a deep understanding of risk management, business protection and client focused solutions. In 2017 Keyna expanded her expertise to Vickers Insurance where she has access to hundreds of insurance carriers and continues to offer exceptional service. She is well known for her professionalism, reliability and commitment to service and takes pride in helping clients make confident, informed decisions to get the best possible value for their investment.
